You must be signed in and in line by 7:00 to participate!
Any Kansans may participate, including Independants & Republicans, but they must sign a change of party card to democrat at door. Also 17 year olds, who will turn 18 on or before Nov. 4th are allowed to caucus. If you have any questions go to WWW.KSDP.org or call Jerry Karr at 620-343-1607.

Then take part in the annual Washington Days festivities, including the Legislative Victory Auction and an exciting array of Democratic hospitality rooms offering the best hospitality in the state!

* Monday April 7th, 7:00 p.m. Lyon County Peace Vigil
We will meet at the 1st Christian church at 202 E. 12th ave. just east of the college campus.
We will then march down Commercial St. to the Civic Auditorium where the vigil will be held at approx. 7:30 p.m.
Park near White Auditorium or in the First Christian Church parking lot (12th Ave. & Market) and take the bus either to the starting point before or back to your car afterwards. L-Cat will offer its services both ways before 6:30 and after 7:30. If you have questions call 620-794-3476.

*Sunday, June 29th. Our Democratic friends in Coffey County are having a picnic at the Lebo Public Library, It's covered dish and they are providing iced tea and coffee. Dinner is at 5 pm and they will have 2 speakers: Matthew Anderson, the field director at Kansas Democrat Headquarters and Chad Manspeaker, the campaign manager for Nancy Boyda's campaign. Always good if we can help our neighbor's out!

*Monday, July 21st. To be eligible to vote in the primary you must have all registration forms turned into the court house for processing. So if you have a son or daughter who will turn 18 before Nov. 4th election day, or a friend, neighbor that has been putting it off, they must have the forms turned in by noon on this date!
